how's everyone doin? i'm new here. i'm a proud owner of 99 ht 6 speed. i was wondering if anyone has problem with thier reverse, were the gear pops out and if there is a recall on this. i was told also that 99 ht are rare. i was wondering what everyone thinks, if i should keep it or sell for c6. lmk

2000 m6, never had a problem w/ reverse popping out. I haven't seen a recal/ bulliten either

Welcome to the forum. If you have an aftermarket shifter you may find the the stops on it are not adjusted correctly. Some people adjust them to make the shift pattern shorter. This is not what they are for. If it's a stock shifter you may have problems with the syncro.

Welcome. No problems with my car popping out of reverse. Haven't heard of any recalls or bulletins on this.
