I used to work in that industry and it is generally thought of as a waste of money on it's own. The best bet if you want to do that is to go to a custom chip maker ( I think super chips will do a custom chip) and tell them all the mods you have made specifically. Then have them custom design a fuel and spark map based on your upgrades. Once installed you should get the max performance out of everything installed (ie. cams, head port, even a new intake).
As a stand alone "upgrade" you generally will not see any performance increase without measuring tools such as a dyno.
