Here's a list of changes that were made for the 2002 model year (including Z06).
http://www.corvetteactioncenter.com/...2002press.html
The biggest changes were:
- the bump in HP from 345 to 350 including LS6 intake manifold, revised exhaust manifold, etc.
- Aluminum automatic transmission cooler case updated in 02
- New Electron Blue color
And of course the bump to 405 hp for the Z06.

The only difference that I know of is there is not a outside door lock on the passenger side of the car.

I believe they changed the Active Handling system in 2001. It was a better, less obtrusive version of the original... I can attest to this. While at Thunderhill Raceway, it came on numerous times, but it was hardly noticable. You'd have to look at the DIC in order to be sure that it activated. Excellent!

2002 also had coated pistons to reduce/eliminate piston slap complaints and if the engine was built after the first few weeks of production they got the new Napier rings that the Z06 had for better oil control.
