Awhile ago someone had posted a picture they had taken of their crossed flag emblem on a EB hood. I had saved this picture and was using it as my desktop background. Somehow it got deleted and I want it back. If anybody has this picture or knows the person who took it could you please send it to me. I know this is a little off the wall but it really looked good on my desktop.
Thanks,
Bobby wrg@comcast.net
You are welcome! This one might be trimmed down slightly due to the hosting service I used to post it. If it is, I have the original. It is a 462KB jpg which I would be happy to provide to you (I believe this might have been trimmed to below 256 KB - not sure). Just PM me if need the original.
Dave, I can't thank you enough. That is one great picture. Especially with the clouds at the top. It looks great on my desktop and when I saved it, it fit perfectly.

Thanks again,

...all I can say is the corvette forum is a spot where a bunch corvette obsessed freaks hang out and share their obsession...kinda strange in a cool way. As the wife puts it, the "girlfriend in the garage" gets more attention then just about everything else...DOH!

I love this place, but honestly...what the hell is wrong with us?!
PS - these wallpapers are great. Can't decide which one to use!

Not true, depending on how you save the file as your wallpaper. If you did a right mouse click on the file and saved as Background the file is saved as "Internet Explorer Wallpaper.bmp". So no matter how many files you save as background it will only created a single file overwriting previous files that you saved.

Hmm. True. I always save to the drive first before using the pic so I can recycle at another date. I guess I assumed too much.
