It appears there is a minifuse in the I/P junction block that protects the circuits for both right and left lumbar pumps. Fuse 3, 15 A is the ID for the fuse.
Per the wiring diagram, it also controls the RH (passenger) seat adjuster switch, but not the LH (driver) side.
If the fuse is blown, replace with a new one, if the new one blows, there is something else wrong and the problem should be corrected. Usually, fuses do not blow for no apparent reason, but they can.
