Default 3rd brake light pulser module install help

Installed the sequential brake light kit . Now I'm on to the 3rd brake light pulser install. It calls for splicing into one of the 2 wires in the plug. One wire is black the other is yellow. I need to splice into the brake light wire. Anyone know which of these wires is the ground and which is the brake light wire. I have a 2000 coupe if that helps. Thanks.

My next purchase will be service manuals to avoid this in the future.

The BLack Wise the ground 99% of the time. I want to do this as well. Let us know how you like it, where you got it and how much. TIA. Hope this helps.

Dave,

I figured it was the black wire but I didn't want to splice it until I was sure. I purchased both the sequential brake light kit ($99) and the 3rd brake light pulser kit ($35) from webelectricproducts.com with free shipping. I like the sequential brake lights, pretty neat, and I'm not a gadget freak when it comes to the Vette, but it is cool. I'm sure I'll like the pulser as well. Check out their website.

Thanks,
Tim
