I find the .22 short hollow point is really effective on cats. they dont run far and you can just put them in a garbage bag and throw them into the trash. the shotgun is a little more fun, but I usually wait till they run. but may be a little noisy in town??? pelet gun is a little to weak, but they wont come back for about three days, and when they do , they are a lot more sneaky. traps are not effective, poison is a little cruel, but may be required in some areas where GUNS are prohibited. some times i like the .45 lever action. its a little more nostelgic shooting. and there again, the hollow point is most effective. good luck
Does it also work for dogs that put their paws and nails on the side of your door when you drive up?
I'm sure the Vette has the warmest hood on the block, I bet if the vette sat a few days and the car next to you was just driven the cat would choose the other vehicle. Or, maybe it's a lzy cat and can't jump on anything higher than the vette!
I have 3 of the furry little buggers and all three have attemped to roost on the roof.
All three somehow found out that it is not made for that and will no longer venture into the garage.
Strange isn't it.
