Instrument Cluster

I have lights on my instrument cluster & audio with the key turned to accessory, but lights go out when I start the car. Anyone have this problem?

Kinda simple, but is your dimmer switch turned all the way up? Not all the way till it clicks, but just before the click.

BTW, do you mean they're off when the car is running or they go off for a split second when you start the car? The latter is normal.

The dimmer switch is turned all the way up, but I lose all of my audio & instrument lights once the car is started

I had the same problem. Happened to me probably 3 or 4 times, and now the center part of my cluster seems to be a little bit dim. I took it into the dealership and their solution was they would replace the insturment cluster under warranty, only problem is they said the clusters were on national backorder so it hasn't been fixed yet.
