I saw something pretty cool today...
This afternoon I saw a black C5 with the fog lights on only (no daytime running lights) and the headlights were not up. I didn't know you could do this, must be a rewire job? It looked a lot better that the daytimes. While we're on the topic of fog lights why aren't they a little brighter, and shouldn't they be called driving lights since they are white and not yellow?
well with one click up on the headlight column stick, it will only put the fogs on (and your tail lights...etc) , with the fog light button on. As for the DRLs he probably took out the fuse or something..
This is standard stuff. I happened on this by using the fog lights and not turning them off before I turned off the headlights. From that point on the fogs were on instead of the DRL's. Someone told me they were on during the day. You can't turn them off till you turn the headlights on again then turn the fogs off and when you turn the headlights off the DRL's will be active once again.

Forum Member "Noran01" has that set up. Looks really nice. He has a MY with brite white fogs. Can we say bling bling.

You are right about that! Bright white lights suck in fog conditions. Nothing could be worse.
