I drive with fog lights on every day. I want people to see me comming and not pull out in front of me . Which happens more in the Vette than any other car I drive

Thanks for the brilliant synopsis. No embarrassment here, the owners manual is more than just a little week on some information. I just ordered a set of Service Manuals for detailed information.

If you pull the parking brake lever up to one click before you start the car, this will turn off the DRL. I believe the owners manual calls this parade mode, One click will not be enough to move the parking brake shoes against the rotor.
