High flow cats pass inspection?
Title says it all.... I'm wondering if you can still pass emissions with long tubes and high flow cats??

Depends on the state.
They will pass an OBDII (computer) test no problem. Even cars with NO cats can easily pass this test.
High flow cats should also pass a sniff test.
If you live in Cali or NJ or any other state with a strict visual inspection, they might not pass. Kinda depends how non-stock in appearance they are, and how smart the inspector is.
In CA, LT headers alone won't pass, even with the stock cats.
