KEWL!!!
I've owned 7 Subarus and one Corvette! I use the Impreza Outback Sport (a '99, they didn't have the WRX then ) as my DD for the "off season", but of course the 'Vette is my ride of choice!
You've got a good stable - ride 'em well - and welcome to the best site in the land to keep up with what you want to do with your ride.

Now I'm not a betting man ... but who wants into the "pool" on "I don't really plan to do many mods". Welcome to the Forum, but I must warn you that many have said "not many mods in my future" only to become addicted to the modding bug.

I'll take that bet for -$50 You think his offshore boat was stock? Anyways, Congratulations on the new ride and welcome to the forum! I've had/have the other toys also but the C5 is by far my all time favorite. You're gonna love it.BTW- where's Dewitt?
Let's see ... the 28' Velocity got a Whipplecharger (640HP - 85MPH) plus about $5K in other mods ... and the WRX (not STI) got wheels, tires, and a Greddy exhaust, plus, plus ... and the Harley had a big bore kit plus about $5K in mods.
I've mellowed a bit though, I'm 58 now, and other than exhaust, probably won't do much.
Congrats and welcome. Question: You have a WRX and the Corvette. What are the biggest differences you find between the two. It would be interesting to hear. Seeing that the WRX drivers are always, and I mean always trying to get the Corvettes to race.
Sold my offshore boat in 2003 and sold my Harley last summer. I've been toyless for too long ...
Bought a 2003 Coupe,6 speed, spiral gray, 1SB, 5,900 miles, polished wheels, both tops, and magnetic ride from a Chevy dealer 300 miles away. I pick it up Wednesday.
Came very close to buying a 1965 327/365 Convertable but decided I wanted something more reliable that I could take trips with and put 5K to 8K a year on.
The last Vette I owned was a 1968 that I had for three years and sold in 1972. This one will be for summer fun. My normal driver? A 2004 Subaru WRX.
your going to have a fun summer just watch out for the assh..s out there and police
