GHL Question

My question is...what is the difference between the Magnum series and the Bullet series? I have read alot about the fit and finish of the Bullets and the GHL's in general, but have not heard much about the Magnums.
I have a Ti system on my basically stock '00 coupe. (just a Blackwing and Airbridge) But it isn't the sound I was looking for.
Finally, should I go with an X-pipe or leave the stock H-pipe on and who has the best prices around for GHL's??
Thanks in advance for any help that is offered.

Agree with all of the above. Here is the difference in my opinion. There is not much diff. at idle, a slight diff at mid RPM, with the Magnums getting to the semi-exotic sound a tad bit quicker, volume being 10 to 20 percent higher than the bullets at mid throttle. At WOT the both sound great, but the Magnums just sound plain SICK, where the bullets sound awsome. The bullets have almost zero resonance at cruise, where the Magnums have very minor resonance. In fact I have to actually search for the resonance in my Magnums, as it is not apparent in just dirving the car. I would say the Magnums are about 15 to 25 percent louder than the Bullets...(don't have the ability to do DB test so it is just my ear...)
Get the X-pipe...
Call Brian or Jeff direct at GHL, they will hook you up on price. When I got mine they were doing free shipping for CF members...

Thanks for all of your opinions, keep 'em coming!!
I can hear the exhaust at cruise. A bit louder than stock, but not objectional. No drone (except from my runflats).
Regarding X pipes and "popping". I didn't get an x pipe. On de-acceleration, I get what I would call "burble", which I like. No loud pop, or anything obnoxious. I plan to add headers later, and have no concerns about the car being to loud with them.
Of course the best advise is to "audition" before you buy, if you can find someone in your area with Bullets or Magnums. That said, I don't think you can make a bad decision either way.

3.5" Bullseye tips. They sound great, if you like that V8 muscle sound,
(who doesn't?) As someone posted earlier, if you do not want ANY
resonance inside the car, get the bullets. I have an A4, but I was still
getting the semi-popping, gurgling sound, which was a little loud, so I
added a Bassani X-pipe, and popping is now gone. The X-pipe did not
change the great sound, or volume, but it is slightly smoother. I would
highly recommend the GHL Bullets, the quality, fit, and their support is
first class. Good luck with your choice.
Good luck......

Yet at cruise and idle it is not so you can't talk.

They look awesome!! As soon as I am back from a week in Cancun, I will be spending the "rest" of my vacation $$ and praying for SPRING!!!
I do have a blackwing and smooth air coupler. The combination has given me a lot of extra get up an go. I need to dyno it for real numbers but, just doing my own test, the old azz of meter says WOWEEEEEEEEE !!
And they GHL's are wife approved.
My cost was $895 with free shipping. Got them from Brian at GHL.
You will love them.
