Open the hood, Raise the headlamps, remove the black surround bezels (3 screws) gets you access to the bulbs. Do them one at a time, taking care to see how they come out, it will make installation of the new ones easier and ensure that they are seated properly. While the headlamps are raised, you can reach down there and get to the fogs easily. A good hint. Before you start any of this, pull your car up to about 15 feet from your garage wall or door. Turn the headlights on and make some tracking marks on the wall or door to indicate your low beam and high beam pattern. This is just a good reference to make sure that when you finish installing the new bulbs that they are seated properly. A mis seated bulb will be pretty obvious when you see the projection pattern. Your new bulbs should be brighter, but in relatively the same light pattern as the originals.
You might also want to raise your fog lamps, small torx screw located on the upper edge of the glass lense. You can go fairly high up without blinding oncoming traffic.

I did this but recently went with PIAA 1100x driving lights and the result is satisfactory. The 1100x is not fog light to where it's a wide beam so make sure to adjust the PIAA accordingly if you decided to go with PIAA 1100x
