harmonic balancer....
i was having a problem with mt serpentine belt jumping a notch on the tensioner.. i replaced the belt... the old belt was dry rotted pretty bad.... but i noticed that the bottom pulley that i'm assuming is the harmonic balancer seems to wobble just a little bit... maybe about an 1/8".... is this normal?????

It's probably bad. It's a bit of a chore to change but not a big deal. Check out the heads/cam swap tutorial on jmX's web site to see how you can get to the pulley since that's part of the process to change the cam.

Actually, not a bad time to put that new cam and new springs in if you're considering it for the future.
