So i just ordered new wheels last night for my 00' MY coupe from corvettes of houston. I will no longer have any use for my polished thin 5 spokes anymore. What can i get for these wheels!?!? (thin spokes polished) GReAT condition, no curb rash or anything?

i ended up getting the chrome z06 (stock c5 sizes) from corvettes of houston. I know a lot of cars have them but they look soo sharp in chrome! i am going to make a post later in the classifieds, but ifyou guys or know anyone else who wants them, the only thing wrong is on ONE SPOKE on one of the rear wheel the clearcoat is fading slightly. i am going to put them on for probably 700 OBO so just let people know if you know anyone intersted! thanks!

If they're Stock Polished GM wheels you will probably get $700.00 for them, but if they're aftermarket Replicas, you can find them on eBay for under $400.00. I'm just bringing this up because I didn't see anything in your posts indicating that these are GM wheels. I guess were all assuming because your Vette is a 2000 model, that these are the light weight GM's. If you don't know for sure, just look for the GM stamp on the back side of a spoke.
From: Los Angeles, CA.... I know a guy who has a Lambo with Corvette doors
What you are failing to realize is that you do have a use for them. It's nice to have the stock wheels(or an extra set of some wheels) for the following reasons.
1. If/when you sell your car, the buyer may prefer the stock wheels.
2. Nice to have a spare set around(with good tires) in case something bad happens to a wheel of your aftermarket set, you can swap the stock set on while you figure out what your're gonna do about fixing/replacing the bad wheel.
3. You don't track, autox, drag etc. with your car? If not, too bad, but if you do, then it's nice to have a set of wheels(like your stockers) that you can use for those events, & put sticky rubber on .
Reasons why you should sell. You really need the $$ or you don't have space to store them. I guess by now you can tell that I'm a wheel ***** .
