Default Thicker Steering Wheel

I'd like to get a 2-tone steering wheel but would like one that feels more substantial in my hand. Not crazy about Wheelskins because it doesn't cover the spokes entirely. Question for you Vette Essential & Caravaggio steering wheel owners - are their steering wheels thicker than stock? If not does anyone make one that is?

Mid America has two tone, leather, lace on covers that come in different colors for about 35 bux.

I believe Vette Essentials can add material to make the wheel thicker. It couldn't hurt to ask.

I have very big hands and all stock steering wheels feel like toothpicks. I went the really cheap route of a slip on wheel cover from Pep Boys. About $9... Looks OK, not something I would leave on at a car show, but it does the job. I have never had anyone look inside my car and comment on the tacky wheel cover, so it must blend in (or my friends are being nice in not mentioning it...)

I did the wheel skins add on. The Vette essentials is a much nicer look though.

Not sure if the Vette Essentials steering wheel is any thicker, but it sure feels that way. If you want a quality leather wheel, go with them.
