I don't know why nobody else has chimed in here,
I know EXACTLY what the problem is..
You said "fuel is a little rich @11.7 and was 11.3"
Bro, you're f'n PIG RICH YOU FAT BASTARD!
Your AFR should be with your set up anywhere 12.8-13.2 on the dyno..
Lean that puppy out & that 30+ HP & TQ will be looking you square in the face!
I cannot believe you were left at 11.7 without the operator mentioning that you were PIG RICH & needed at tune...
I am assuming you only paid for a dyno PULL.. to see your #'s..
Now, listen very carefully:
You need to to be TUNED! LS1 Edit on the dyno! & you'll be where you should be!
Do we need to guess what color the exhaust smoke is coming out or your exhaust? Or what it smells like?
The same principle applies to motorcycles. "lower" gearing by using larger sprockets/chains or ring/pinion in the car adds to the contact surface area. This results in added friction.
