For brakes to work properly they must dissipate heat. anything to keep the heat next to the caliper would or may cause the brakes not to function properly. Just another company trying to extract $$ out of corvette ownes pockets.

Sorry if folks got offended, just thought I'd ask a simple question. I just thought this was somplace where GM fell down on making the stock car look right. Just wanted to get some opinions.
