need serious help/advice

I was going to get my 95 gt out of storage today, i uncovered her and went inside to get the keys......CANT FIND THE DAMN KEYS!......Anyone know of a way to get a key made without the key? mabey the dealership has like a copy on the computer or something to go with my vin? I would really hate to replace all the locks and ingnition lock because of my stupidity.......anyone know what to do?

Contact your dealer with the VIN#. You should be able to get duplicate keys from them without any problems

Just think, someone can copy your VIN off your dash and then go to a dealer and get a key cut.

I sure hope they ask to see the ownership or something!!!

99.9% of the time they will ask you proof of insurance with your name on the insurance card or your relation to the VIN# of the car

I ran into the same problem when I had my 68. I called a Locksmith and he came over, got into the car, removed the cylinder and made a key that worked perfectly. They have the technology!

Im gonna call ford up 2morrow, thanks guys!........I to cant believe someone can make a copy just by a vin (I.E a criminal) And with the locksmith thing it would cost less if i had the lock removed but inorder to remove it must have the key
