I have a Corsa Indy and a Corsa X-pipe. They retail for about $250 from most of the Vette catalogs. The X-pipe will REDUCE the popping, but not totally eliminate it.

Some guys here like the Bassani, others are partial to the Magna-Flow, but I think the Corsa works just fine.

dont mean to steal your post .. but is our h-pipe 2.25" or 2.5"?

if you're looking to get one cheap I've heard people using these
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ayphotohosting

just can't remember if it's 2.5 or 2.25 ..

From a sound standpoint I do not believe that there is .02 differences between any of them.
You can have a standard one put on by a muffler shop for about $110.00 or you can buy one for around $300.00

furio666,

Any on the X-pipes should do the trick, they vary in price (see the link above) from the weld in type on the low side ($75) to the cut and bolt in type on the high side ($250-300).

Neablas,

To answer your question the stock exhaust (including H-pipe) is 2.5".

I have a Bassani X-Pipe and it has worked well to get rid of the popping and resonance in my car. In reality, almost all of the X-pipes probably work just as well - I got mine at the 50th Anniversary celebration and paid $200 for it.

I have Borla's x-pipe along with the stingers. It DID get rid of the popping without diminishing throttle sound (stingers are just as loud). I'm very satisfied with the product.

With a Corsa System I'd use a Corsa X-Pipe!

I have the Ghl bullets and also have their x-pipe. I still have some exhaust sound on decel but I wouldn't call it popping. It's more like a burble, if that makes sense.
