C6 is a FOO FOO CAR!!!!!!!!! (Funny Story)
Well,
Here is the story. I went to the dealer to show my girl friend the new C6. A little about her, she is 105 lbs size 0. The gay guy at the eyeglasses place called her a Foo Foo girl. She is the biggest girly girl on the planet.
Well, she takes one look at the C6 and says, "You want to get this, it is a bigger Foo Foo car than the s2000. " I can’t believe you would trade your manly car for a girly car. " I started feeling like I was going to need some Viagra.
Well, I'm keeping my manly car. In fact, I had already come to that conclusion. But, boy does this firm thing up for me.
P.S. For thoses that lack a sense of humor. This is ment to be funny. I have nothing against the C6 myself. I can't believe I need a disclaimer.

I don't agree, and this stuff gets posted in the C6 section all the time. What do you guys think about the possibility of the C6 Z06 version (with kick azz performance) making people think C6 styling (headlights and front fascia) is kick azz?

I might get flamed for this but this seems to happen with all the new gen corvettes. The people who don't have one have to criticize the hell out of it. The C4 people, and I own one of those also, did the same with the C5. Now some C5 people are doing the same with the C6. Look, all corvettes look good period. When they become more affordable down the road 90% of C5 people will have obtained a C6. Then when the C7 arrives the C6 critics will be out again slamming it. Hey man, it's a Corvette and they just get better every generation.

I thought it was the funniest thing in the world.
As far as this being a C4, C5, C6 thing, She has no idea what is what, thats what made it funnier.
The only thing that would have been better is about 20 corvettes guy's standing there when she called it a Foo Foo car.
I think most of us like the C6 just fine. I do. If a I wanted a new vette I would get one, almost did.
Just thought I would share something that I found truely funny. If you don't thats cool, skip to the next thread, theres plenty.

I am undecided until I drive one. These corvettes have a way of growing on you with time. Take Ms. FOOFIE for a spin and show her what it is all about. I would suggest the C6Z06 to make the physical impression a lasting one in her seat when she is begging you to pull over so she can touch the ground again.
My dad would put a 20.00 on the dash and see if I could reach it while he banged the LS6 Chevelle's gears. I never touched the cash in that torque monster car and no one will be able to in the new Z06 either!

I haven't even decided if I like the C6 Z06 yet. I'm seriously
considering getting the cam/headers, etc. to get the C5 Z up to
500 BHP and being content with that. For the approximate drive-off
price of the C6 Z06 I can keep my car, mod it and pick up a second C5
Z or perhaps a C5 FRC.
