Specter Works and Breathless both makes kits, and they both suck. Corvetteforum member "mray" is making a kit too, but so far he hasn't released any pics, and certainly hasn't sold any. I have some links to the headlight topic in the link in my sig.

Just curious, What sucks about them?
Bad lighting, looks stupid, or what.
I've heard that they don't give off that great of light.

I had the breathless performance one's on my C5 and did not have any quality issues with them. I had them installed for 4 years and had zero problems with them. Also got a lot of thumbs up because of them. They are not for everyone, but neither are vettes.
The non-popups don't generally light any better than the stock setup. They look VERY cool, are less heavy, and you don't have to worry about motors or gears failing. But they do bring their own set of installation and fogging woes.
I think the only aftermarket headlights that actually perform better and are relatively easy to install are the PFYC high wattage kit with Euro lenses. Man, those are bright! The harness makes it all plug and play, and the lenses are GM OEM.
