Default Battery Replacement
I just got my 02 in for the start of the season "tune-up". After a long winter (battery was on a charger most of it) It started right up. I asked the dealer to check the battery anyway and they found it wasn't holding a charge well so they replaced it free under warranty!
Thanks to all about the battery warnings in previous posts
and I encourage anyone who stores their vette in the winter to have the dealer look at the battery before your warranty expires

The OEM battery is a P.O.S. anyway. You wont get more than 2 years out of it.

I disagree, delco batteries have never let me down in over 35 years, will stay true until they do. to each his own, some have trouble others don't, go figure. cheers
