AMW Catch Can Order problem(s)?

AMW Catch Can Order problem(s)?
I orderd a pcv catch can and bracket from amw's website back on March 4th and paid via pay-pal.
I called them today to check status, get a tracking number, etc, and was told they'd call me back.
I waited two hours and called them back to find that the person I talked with earlier, susan/sharon?, was gone and that no one else could help me...
I hate being impatient...
Anyone else have similar experience with AMW?

5:11 PM Central, Sharon called me and says that they have my paypal payment but for some reason the order never made it to their order system. (In my post above I was bummed that the only person able to check the pay pal account was out.)
To make a short story even shorter, Sharon says she's shipping the catch can out AM 3/24 and that I'll have it before this weekend.
She said she was surprized that I didnt call earlier since they never have orders take this long...
I am happy she called and even happier that she offered to send the product next day so that I'll have it in time to install this weekend.
