Should i????
Sorry to ask this but should i take my car to the dealer after i install the clb for the recall? Or is the clb the real fix.I hate the throught of taking it to the dealer for this. Thanks.

You'll get two opinions on this. Many who have done the CLB don't even bother with the recall. Others go through the recall out of concern that not doing it will create some sort of warranty problem. I think the overwhelming majority will say "Do the CLB - and FOrget the Dealer Recall"

I had the CLB already installed and then got my recall notice. I decided to take it in and get the recall done - just so it would be documented. Required me to remove the CLB before taking it in and then reinstalling it after, but was no big deal.
