Well I was going to say...
DON'T DROP THE WRENCH!
But it appears that subject has already been covered. You CAN take all the bolts out of the bottom tray and then fish around with a magnet to retrieve the wrench(s) you dropped, but it's a real PITA.
Don't ask me how I know either.
