OK, dumb question here ... what's the purpose of cutouts other than more noise? I suppose they could allow more power since they bypass the mufflers.
Must be a good thing ... Patches has them.

The fun factor is the biggest for me, sitting at a light with a little fart-can revving up next to you and flip the switch and watch the look on their faces
