All depends on how much the bracket costs

First of all, there are no 1999 Z06s. They came out in 2001, the 385hp ones.

The blower is just one part of it. You need the injectors, aftercooler, programmer, the bracket and belts that need to go with it.

Thanks
he has the injectors but did not name a price I think before I purchase it I better get educated on them first.
By the sounds of it the ones who put superchargers on their cars have had some awsome gains

They do produce good gains, but sounds like you will be buying the S/C then buying all the other parts extra. Could add up quickly. Sounds a bit high to me.

Don't forget a beefed up fuel system - racetronix, fuel pressure reg, fuel rails...

Why is this guy selling only the charger?Did he ruin this one he is selling and replace only the charger, that is why the kit is incomplete.

Andy sells a new kit with custom brackets, injectors, intercooler, etc... for 4999. Not to mention great customer support based on posts of his customers.

I think by the time you gather all the rest of the components to make the kit, you're looking at the $4K range at a minimum.

Seems to me you're better off paying a few hundred extra and getting a proven package with good customer support.

I highly recommend that you do a search in the Forced induction for Vortech and read some of the posts in there. Some people, including me, have had reliability issues. Several of us who had Vortech systems have moved on to other systems.
