what does competetive driving do, i didnt realize 6-speeds had it, the other day i held the traction control button down and it come up on the screen. right after that my car started to mess up, the sepentine belt started ripping, or i started to notice it making a noise under hood right after i turn it on. I get home and i see my car is leaking something, looked like oil but it was cold and smelled like gas, the belt was ripped down to about nothing, all this happened right after i hit the competetive driving button, could that of caused this.
NO
Competetive Driving Mode = No traction Control BUT Active Handling still on. That also means be cool as you can get in trouble if you aren't careful

No, CM did not cause your problems. CM switches off Traction Control but keeps Active Handling enabled. It allows you to drift the front, rear or all 4 tyres during aggressive driving. It does not affect your engine.
It's also great for smokey burnouts and for laying down 30 feet of rubber too

I have not tried but wondering in a smoky burnout when the rear end drifts right, will active handling correct (in comp mode)? If yes how will it correct by reducing tire spin (ie rear braking)?
