Ordered my CLB from ThunderRacing in mid-Feb. It came with cig. adapter and long cord.
I think if they are eliminating that part (which appears to cost more than the CLB itself) then they should lower the price or offer free shipping.
I agree with your sentiments deercula. I would probably not do business with them again as well. By your description they seem to lack providing good customer service. Those that do, will always get business and referrals.

I just ordered and received (3 days) a cover, sequence flasher and hat from ZIP... no problems.
The only thing that burns me is the border brokerage fee
$46 I thought we had "free" trade. This in addition to $23 UPS and $50 sales tax.....
