Cats + Cones = Bad Night
This is just going to be a short little rant. I was driving home the other night and doing about 45 - 50mph. Well, out of nowhere this cat runs out and hits my car. Yeah, HE is hits me. I was going in straight line and he was moving toward my car when I hit him. I hate those damn things. Whats worse? After checking the damage (busted Z06 grill and realigned turn signal), I was on the same road and some kids (I am guessing) had laid out some of those construction cones that are only about a foot tall and stray painted them flat black so that they plended in road. Well, I hit those with the other corner of the car, and those completely destroyed the grill and pushed the turn signal back 6 - 8 inches. I am afraid to drive my baby now. But thats how it goes I guess. It really sucks.
Oh, before I forget, I am selling my 1990 Mercedes 300SEL . I have a few pics in the link. It has 275K miles on it. The interior is brand new and the paint is about 3 years old. It is worth about $8700 and I am asking $7000obo. I now this isn't the place to sell stuff but I am too fustrated to post another message. Sorry to hear about the damages to your Z06. Good luck with the repairs.
