One more Kumho thread which one.......
that's everything youe need to knowI got the MXs for ultimate performance and couldn't be more happy
Sorry, I know what you meant but I could not resist.

Edit: After looking over my previous post in this Thread I can see now why you posted "MXs for ultimate performance". The Kumho website list the MX as Ultra High Performance, whereas the TireRack website list them as Max Performance Summer.
I live in Central Texas, so my C5 rarely sees snow and the MXs have been very safe on wet roads. So, the MXs have been an all season max street traction tire for my application.

On to the tires.
MX seems to be more preformance orientated so better handling at the expense of treadwear.
ASX is going to give you 30K of life out of your tires so these are the most economical with roughly 33% longer between tire changes. This is at the expense of handling.
So driving style is really going to dictate which to buy from what I understand and have read.

Handling......there is some "squirm" of the tires on cornering.....I do not think is is dangerous.....just a different reaction of thje car than what you are used to.
I do not think I would put ASX on a Z06....but they should be standard equipment on a regular Vette.
