Default H-Pipe Install Problem

I haved my car in for a TI install and the dealer has found out that the H-Pipe was welded before and was not done properly. The TI exhaust sits higher on one side, which is not what I want . I have an oppurtunity to replace the H-Pipe.
What would be the best H-Pipe to replace it with. Stock vs Performance. Please chime in everyones opinion is welcomed at this point.
p.s. By the way the car is sitting in the shop and they are waiting for me to advise them what to do. HELP

You should definitely buy an X-pipe such as a Bassani X-pipe. My Kooks LT headers come with an X-pipe and they make my Ti exhaust sounds sweet. For a little while, I had the Ti exhaust with stock headers and H-pipe. It sounded ok but there was a bit of popping and still a bit of a motor boat sound (mostly caused by the stock H-pipe). Now, they sound really nice, very smooth and they have a nice growl. The Kooks obviously makes a big difference too but mostly in volume. Get an X-pipe and you'll be very happy.

I've had 2 C5s and I had Corsa X-pipe on both. That'smy recommendation.

Check the "Parts for Sale" Forum. There have been a rash of X pipes for sale there lately. By all means, DO NOT put an H pipe back on!

I have the Magnaflow X pipe and love it!

If you are going to replace the stock H-pipe, go with an X-pipe instead. I have a Bassani and it is a nice item. Solved a lot of my popping and resonance problems.
