Which to use...

Had a chance to buy several K&N oil filters at a good price. I have always use the AC. Who is using the K&N and does it stack up to the AC? Wondering if it will help with the cold starts and piston slap?

I have to agree with that. Piston slap is probably a bad way to express the noise. What I seem to have is that cold crank clicking. Goes away after a minute or so. Thought maybe a K&N might help that issue.
