Silver is tough to show off a good shine. Your car looks great!

Very nice. Don't blame you for having it done ... more time to , but for me the bending and stretching is my "health club" and "psycho-therapy". Unfortunately, the dollars I save doing it myself .... well ... I work up quite a thirst and probably spend the "savings" on beer!

Apply your tire dressing to a towel 1st and then wipe on your tires. No sling that way.

Then the answer is ... take up flying and you too can get one of the great cars! You'd end up loving flyin' much as you love your Vette, trust me on that one! Thanks for the nice comment about my car.

All of the above, at times, but primarily I fly out of MGJ.

As for the detailing ... Jo-Jo's on Route 304 (I think it's in Bardonia) across the street from the New City Diner (slightly north of the diner on the Northbound 304 lanes. Rockland County, NY.

I used to fly aerobatics right over Montgomery when IAC Chpater 52 was still around (the French Connection crowd).

Is that greasy spoon still open -- I'll hop over from POU with the Stinson L5.

Really sad about the French Connection, but I guess neither of them would have wanted to be without the other.
As for the restaurant, closed. The airport has renovated the facade of the restaurant building but wants the tenant, I believe, to renovate the inside and then try to make money selling burgers. It may be a while, a long while, before it gets opened again .. but the building looks a heck of lot better now!

I agree - I do not like that overly shiney stuff anyway...
