Where are the lowering bolts located? Do the tires have to be removed? How many turns equals what amount of lowering (i.e. 5 x full turns = 1 inch) ??? What is the max lowering on stock springs and shocks? 1" or 2" or more/less ??? Thanks
Do a search on here for "lowering" and you'll find tons of info, including how-to's with pictures.
The lowering bolts are located at each end of the front and rear fiberglass springs, at the A-arms.
You will find it MUCH easier to remove the front wheels to lower the front, but the rear bolts can be accessed from under the back of the car with no wheel removal.
Lowering isn't an exact science. There's no direct ratio between number of bolt turns and inches of lowering. What you should know is that the rear will want to drop more than the front, that the front usually requires cutting to get low, and that the car will need time and driving to settle to its new lower height.

Go to the top of the page for this site and click on TOOLS, it will give you a small menu, one of the items is Tech Tips, click on Tech Tips and there is two or three posts showing you pics of how to lower the front and rear of your Vette
I lowered my car, i cut the rear bushing and tightened the front bolt as much as i could. I like the back i just dont like the front, its a little too high, im going to cut the front bushings and everything should be fine.

Try to leave some rubber so you don't have metal contact to the leaf spring.
