are these HRE's or CCWs?

I love the look of 19 /20 combo but i am getting a SC done and well the limited tire choice in 19 and 20" size is what is keeping me away from these.

Nice looks though

ok i read the public profile and it lists the car as artic white 2001 is when the z06 came out in which the only white available in 2001 was was speedway white
so is it an frc in z06 clothing or is it listed as the wrong color car
it looks z06 with the brake ducts and red calipers but the color named throws me off so which is it
also i dont think ive ever seen a white z06 ever
