I have a navy 01 coupe that was lowered in the front before i bought it but, it's been driving me insane because it was way too low for me.I know people may disagree but, anyway...
I just had somebody raise it back up as far as they could and from the top (12 oclock) of my front tire to my inside highest point of my hub I haveabout 3 to 3 1/4 clearance. Is this the stock height?it still seems a little low and I'm supposedly maxed out. They also told me that the bolts were not cut or modded.
Drum,
That sounds higher than stock.
You are using a fender for measurement, which is not accurate. If you ask 10 vette owners you will probably get 9 different stock heights.
Measure from the ground to the fender and post that. Somebody will be able to help you then.
It really boils down to just setting the height where you want it.

I agree with Dave. Sounds a but over height, but look tosee if you have stock tire size [ which set distance from ground to hub center ] and then measure from ground to the highest point on the arch opening. Most accurate method is to measure to the floor pan, which removes variations in fenders, but the fender will work in almost all non-racing situations, and is the measuring point in common use on the forum.
