how hard do you think it would be to repaint your calipers after having painted them ..
reason is i'm thinking about doing mine silver and if they turn out terrible I want to be able to paint them black .. do i have to strip the paint or can I just spray on top
Neablas, I attempted to do my caliper brackets in a "chrome" spraypaint, and the body of the caliper in black. The chrome looked like absolute crap, so I just applied primer over the silver, applied several coats(like 4) over the chrome, and it came out fine.
I would probably use a cordless Dremel and a stripper bit if I were gonna do mine, but that's just me.

If you paint over the old paint, I would try scuffing up the paint first. Try to get into all the little nooks and such to ensure it doesn't flake off. Good luck.
