hey guys...
first off. i have searched regarding this topic, but i need a lil more info/help.
so i want to do a C5R swap with the SWerkes kit, but can't find a used one and don't want to spend 1300 for a new one. i would also use HID's.
problem is, i can't find a used kit.
so my other options in the stock housing:
1: put in Silverstars as a replacement.
2: put in a 6000K HID kit as a replacement
if any of u guys have done swaps 1 or 2, can u please comment on the appearance and performance of the new lights vs stock?
or, if u know anyone sellin a non-popup headlight kit, please let me know..

I have the Silverstars, and they are an improvement over the stock bulbs(but not much) The big problem with the HID kits regardless if they are plasic or European glass units are the optics. OEM optics for the most part just su#k!. One of the guys (MRAY) is working on a HID kit for our cars. Try this thread and you can see what he is up to.
