It just depends ... sometimes they are perfect repairs ... sometimes they leave a small mark. I don't like the repairs if they are directly in my line of sight though ... they usually wave the deductible for you though if you go with repair it ends up being free to you. Good luck.

Safelite did the injection repair on mine last month. My insurance company waived the deductible for the repair. They saved big bucks not having to replace windshield and I saved the deductible. Done in less than 40 minutes start to finish. Chip was on the far right passenger side. The only sign of where the chip was resembles a small water spot. Good luck with your decision.
