Personally, I would not put a plastic emblem on my air bag. The ones put on their by manufacturers are designed to split and stay on the cover. These it appears, will fly off and give you a corvette emblem tattoo on the forehead; if the bag goes off.

I've got the one on my steering wheel, but it's not like those, it's just the normal ones you get at MidAmerican, or Ecklers.
It's just the red part of the flag and the checkered part of the flag, looks real good too.

I just put the 3D decal on my steering wheel last night.
It is one piece so it is easer to install than the stickers. It looks good but it is not as sharp as the stickers. Some over run of the color.
