Here goes Maddog.

BSM's running right down the center of the door completely f**k up the lines of an otherwise gorgeous car, especially on the fender. IMO

"We don't need no stinking badges" or BSM's!

Personally, I'm pretty impartial about them. All that I have to say to all of you that do have the BSM's on your Vette is: Hey, your Vettes look awesome. And all that I have to say to all of you that don't have the BSM's on your Vette is: Hey, your Vettes look awesome.

I wonder if GM has any idea of how much controversy has been raised over such a simple option?

If you dont like them, there is no reason to yell at those who do, and vice versa... its oppinion... like body color, interior color, etc etc.... I personally love them and wouldn't own a corvette without them, that is one of my main considerations when looking for my new Z... but thats me and others don't, whoopty doo! don't get mad over it

I had a choice when I was buying my '04, and decided I wanted sans BSM. IMO looks better.

It's America man; the land where freedom allows a "strong opinion". Instead of trying to figure it out - just rejoice in the fact we have these freedoms.

I think without them it looked like a nsx
how interesting differences between people can be.

I like the NSX; and I also liked the Testarossa's wide & low azz. That's why I bought a C5; it was the best of both worlds for me.

Mine blew off somewhere in Kansas in 2003!

Decided I liked the look without them!

Just kidding, mine came without BSM's. I just prefer the smooth look.
