Does the top edge of the GM bra interfere with the seal ?

I used the same OEM hood seal that runs the length of the hood on either side of the car. Picked it up at the dealer for about $15. Much better adhesive than the others. I had previously used the MAMW one that peeled off w/i a couple months. No problems with the GM OEM after 4 years

I had thought about weather stripping and was not sure of the correct size to purchase.
