cleaning and oiling foam air filter... help...
As you all have seen my other thread on the vararam... i need to clean and oil my vararam filter... What type of oil should i use and how much should i apply?
I am goin to make sure its sealed and oil'd good.. and keep an eye on it...

Call Vararam... I think the best answer would come from the guys who designed the system. Though it doesn't hurt to get others opinions.

I got an e-mail from Patrick, owner of Vararam a few months back on this. Here is what he stated,
"Use the Baja filter if you are worried about longer term filtration, oil it
lightly with TACKY PJ-1 oil..."
Available at motorcycle shops.
