Corvette Central...a-okay
Well, a couple of weeks ago I had some issues with my order and went back and forth for two weeks on this and things were just getting jacked up all over. I finally got up one morning and was frustrated so I went off on them about it...WAIT there is more!
After a coupl eof phone calls, RONDA called my wife and was so apologic about everything, so I called and at first I was really ticked, but after talking to her, she worked things up just right and things went smoothly from there.
POINT IS...they didn't give up on me, even after I got upset and cancelled....they called and made things right.
This is what I like, customer service that goes an extra step or two to make things work!
