HELP header problem
I tried to install a set of long tubes on my '01 this morning and ran into an obstacle - the bolts holding the connection between the h-pipe and the stock manifolds are so rusted that I can't even budge them - I tried to use a cheater bar on one of them (there's three on each manifold connector) and ended up snapping the actual bolt in half...Half of the bolt is still in the connector, and the other half fell on to the floor...The shop I am allowed to use does not allow me to use WD-40 or any other liquid lubricant while the car is on the lift, so I don't see any way for me to crack these open...Is it OK for me to drive the car in this condition? The side in question still has two of the bolts fully in place, and they are so rusty that they are locked in like concrete - I'm figuring that if I had to break the stupid bolt before I could get it to budge, then nothing I encounter on the road could possibly knock the other two bolts out - let me know your opinions!
