AC Problems - HELP
Hey All,
Problem:
The AC works and is blowing cold air. However, the problem is that the cold air is coming out of the passenger side whereas the driver side is blowing warm air.
I did take to a mechanic, not the dealer, and he took the dash off and made some 'adjustments'. I picked the car up and the AC was blowing cold air from both sides. A day later it reverted back to warm on the driver side. Called the mechanic back and he said that he didn't know what else todo. Which after paying $300 in labor is pretty frustrating.
Have anybody else run into this problem??? Any feedback is appreciated!!!

Did the mechanic tell you what adjustments he made? Sounds like he may have found a vent door stuck closed and opened it manually? Do a thorough forum search on this subject and you'll find a lot of information. These dual zone systems are a PITA for the layman to diagnose.
