I drove it fairly hard today, and will push it on Saturday for the cruise...so i'd say two or three times a week i'll at least accelerate hard.

I'm always on it, at least once on the way to work, and 3 or 4 times in the way back from work, each day. And cruising around town, 5-6 times at night.
Does that answer your question? All the damn time, no problems.

I have a lot of stuff hanging from the ceiling in my garage, bikes, etc...no room for a taller car. That is the only reason. I will buy a Hummer as soon as I clear out all that crap.

I wind mine up to redline usually at least once everytime I drive it. The shift point at WOT is 6800rpm. So, that's where it goes to. No problems yet, I trust the people who did the work on my car!
